End-of-Year Philanthropy Internship
Support the Philanthropy team during the busy end-of-year giving season (August–January) by assisting with donor engagement, events, mailings, and fundraising campaigns. Gains hands-on experience in donor relations and database management.

2026 Summer Baylands Internship
Support creek and tidal wetland restoration through research, field monitoring, and maintenance, contributing to climate resilience and habitat protection in Sonoma County. Runs June 1–August 10, 2026 (~65 hours), with weekly office work and biweekly field days.

2026–2027 Outings Internship
Lead and supports guided outings and outreach events to educate the public about land conservation, with activities like hiking, kayaking, and community engagement. Runs August–early June, requiring 2–3 weekend days/month plus occasional weekdays (about 20 events).

2026 Fall Conservation Easement Monitor Internship
Assist with field monitoring and reporting on conservation easement properties, gaining experience in map interpretation and tools like Avenza while helping protect Sonoma County’s open spaces. Runs August–December 2026 (~75 hours), requiring 2–3 Mondays or Fridays per month.

2026-2027 Policy and Advocacy Intern
Gain hands-on experience in the intersection of land conservation and legislative action. Support the Policy Director by providing critical administrative and research support, helping to translate the Land Trust’s conservation goals into actionable policy support. Runs August 2026-May 2026 (~145 hours).
