About Sonoma Land Trust

For the Land

In Sonoma County, the land is the heart of our community. Since 1976, Sonoma Land Trust has worked tirelessly to protect more than 63,000 acres of natural, agricultural, and open land through partnerships with landowners, public agencies, and residents. As one of the most beautiful and biologically diverse counties in the country, our landscapes are a treasure we are privileged to celebrate, steward, and conserve—now and for future generations. Part of that privilege means addressing the realities of climate change and integrating nature-based solutions to the increasingly challenging cycle of wildfires, drought, sea level rise, and flooding in our region.

For the land, together.
