Accessible Nature Experiences

Forest Bathing with Jenny Harrow-Keeler

Free Event

Santa Rosa Southeast Greenway

Wednesday, April 15, 3pm-4pm

Level: Gentle

Join this special outing with Jenny Harrow-Keeler, certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide. A guided forest bathing session is a mindfulness-based practice that invites participants to slow down and connect deeply with nature. Led by a trained guide in nature, this practice involves a series of sensory invitations to engage sight, sound, touch, smell, and even taste. The experience fosters a sense of connection not only with nature but also with others. Forest bathing is not about reaching a destination but about immersing oneself in the healing atmosphere of the natural world.

Join Sonoma Land Trust and Ag + Open Space on the Santa Rosa Southeast Greenway for forest bathing!

The Santa Rosa Southeast Greenway was protected in 2024 by Ag + Open Space for recreation and preservation of its natural resources. There is no charge for this event, which is made possible by the voters of Sonoma County who fund the work of Ag + Open Space with a quarter-cent sales tax.
