Access to Nature for All

Building authentic relationships
Sonoma Land Trust prioritizes engagement that is meaningful to our communities’ needs, values and cultures.

Engaging communities across Sonoma County
Sonoma Land Trust believes that true community engagement means building agency and creating conservation opportunities where everyone feels welcome, heard, and empowered. Whether it’s creating a new bilingual outing, educating the next generation on conservation strategies, or participating in a cultural celebration, we incorporate our values of connection, creativity, and environmental sustainability.
