Por suerte, puedo encontrar f\u00e1cilmente un lugar tranquilo para pasear, un poco de espacio abierto para explorar y un lugar para conectar con la naturaleza. Eso me proporciona un equilibrio tranquilizador para afrontar cualquier estr\u00e9s que me espere.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Al crecer, probablemente utilic\u00e9 una t\u00e9cnica similar.<br\/>\u00bfPelearme con mi hermana mayor? Sube a un \u00e1rbol.<br\/>\u00bfSobrecarga de ex\u00e1menes? Dir\u00edgete al oc\u00e9ano.<br\/>La naturaleza siempre ten\u00eda la respuesta a los problemas de la vida.  <\/p>\n\n<p>El aprecio y el respeto por el medio ambiente fueron una parte importante de mi carrera como profesora de ciencias y he visto de primera mano tanto la emoci\u00f3n que la naturaleza puede proporcionar a los alumnos, como su efecto tranquilizador. A pesar de la atenci\u00f3n que actualmente se presta a los tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles, estoy convencida de que dentro de 20 a\u00f1os los recuerdos positivos de la infancia seguir\u00e1n centr\u00e1ndose en los momentos pasados con amigos y familias al aire libre. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sonoma Land Trust est\u00e1 creando algunos de esos recuerdos: descubrir lo que vive en el barro en Bay Camp, una excursi\u00f3n familiar por una de nuestras reservas o un picnic en un nuevo parque local. <a href=\"https:\/\/weareaforcefornature.org\/solutions\/preserving-nature-nearby\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Preservar la Naturaleza Cerca<\/em><\/a> es uno de los principales objetivos de los esfuerzos de conservaci\u00f3n del Land Trust: garantizar un acceso equitativo a la naturaleza a trav\u00e9s de parques y espacios abiertos para todos, independientemente de qui\u00e9n seas o d\u00f3nde vivas. Esto es muy importante para m\u00ed, al igual que el programa del Consejo de Conservaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s del cual los adolescentes participan directamente en la investigaci\u00f3n sobre conservaci\u00f3n y aprenden sobre posibles oportunidades profesionales, actuando para marcar la diferencia. <\/p>\n\n<p>De eso trata Sonoma Land Trust: de encontrar soluciones basadas en la naturaleza para hacer frente a los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico y proteger tierras, aguas y especies amenazadas esenciales. En las \u00faltimas semanas, los titulares locales han destacado importantes logros de Sonoma Land Trust trabajando con socios de la comunidad: la adquisici\u00f3n de 174 acres de exuberantes praderas y <a href=\"https:\/\/sonomalandtrust.org\/vernal-pools\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estanques vernales<\/a>; el aseguramiento de 750 acres de la propiedad <a href=\"https:\/\/sonomalandtrust.org\/current-initiatives\/sonoma-developmental-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">del Centro de Desarrollo de Sonoma<\/a> como espacio abierto; la protecci\u00f3n ampliada de cuencas hidrogr\u00e1ficas y humedales como parte de las soluciones propuestas a las inundaciones de la <a href=\"https:\/\/sonomalandtrust.org\/current-initiatives\/highway-37-redesign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">autopista 37<\/a>; y el primer proyecto urbano a gran escala de Sonoma Land Trust:<a href=\"https:\/\/sonomalandtrust.org\/current-initiatives\/santa-rosa-greenway\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la V\u00eda Verde del Sureste de SantaRosa<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Sonoma Land Trust invierte en la naturaleza, en la comunidad y en nuestro futuro.
